Even in a full partnership there are a few things that sit outside scope - I want to be upfront about that from the start.
→ Copywriting and content creation - I can advise and structure, but the words need to come from you
→ Graphic design or branding

→ Complex custom code or development
If something comes up that falls outside what we've agreed, I'll always flag it before starting work. We can adjust priorities, quote it separately, or figure out the best approach together, you'll never get a surprise.

What does a monthly strategy call look like?

It's dedicated time (60 minutes) where we review what's been done, look at what's coming up, and map out priorities for the month ahead. It's the thinking space most business owners never give themselves.
How quickly can we get started?

Once we've had our discovery call and both agreed to move forward, I aim to have everything in place within a week so we can hit the ground running.
What if I'm not sure this is the right level of support for me?
That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll talk through where you are, what you need, and what would genuinely serve you best, even if that turns out to be something different instead. I'd rather you be in the right offer than the wrong one.
How long before I start to feel the difference?

Most clients notice a shift pretty quickly - just having someone else holding the bigger picture takes an enormous amount of pressure off. The practical results build over time, but the relief is usually almost immediate.
What if I've never worked with a strategic partner before?
