The Tech Partnership is built around maintaining and implementing your existing strategy, not creating it. Here's what sits outside this package:

→ Strategic planning or business direction
→ Social media management
If something comes up that falls outside the scope we agreed, I'll always let you know before starting work on it. We can either adjust priorities within your package or quote it separately, whatever works best.

What if I need something that's not in my package?
I'll always flag it before starting work on it. We can either adjust your monthly priorities to fit, or I can quote it separately, you'll never get a surprise invoice.
What if my needs change month to month?

That's completely fine. The monthly rhythm is designed to flex around what matters most right now. We review priorities each month so nothing gets stuck.
What if I want to upgrade to the Strategy + Tech Partnership later?

Completely fine - if you find you want more strategic involvement as well as implementation, we can talk about moving to the full partnership at any point.
What if I'm not very technical myself?
That's exactly why this exists. You don't need to understand the tech - that's my job. I'll keep you updated in plain English and never blind you with jargon.
How do we communicate day to day?

Mainly email and WhatsApp, whatever works best for you. I aim to respond within 24-48 hours for non-urgent queries and you'll never be left wondering what's happening with your work.
Do I need to provide anything?
Yes, any content, copy, images, or brand assets needed for implementation come from you. I handle the technical side; you provide the raw materials.
